Aromatherapy $10

Enhance your service by adding premium essential oils to your massage session. Choose from a variety of scents including Lavender, Peppermint, Wild Orange, or Frankincense.

Walk in the Clouds  $35  (+15 mins)

Foot scrub and massage treatment. Indulge your feet in a rejuvenating sea salt scrub that gently exfoliates and smooths away roughness, leaving the skin soft and renewed. A deeply hydrating treatment follows, complemented by the aromatherapy essential oil of your choice. To complete the experience, a soothing foot and leg massage eases away tension, improves circulation and leaves you feeling light, refreshed and restored.  (Also available for hands.)   

Cupping $35 (+15 minutes)

This ancient practice, originating from China and Western Asia, uses suction cups that are placed on the skin to create a vacuum, which pulls the skin and superficial muscle layer upward, improving blood circulation and stimulating the body's natural healing response. The benefits of cupping have been widely researched and include improved circulation, improved range of motion, relief of pain, muscle tightness, and reduced inflammation. The suction cups can be left stationary or moved across the area as a part of the session. (Post Treatment Note:  Circular, pink or reddish marks may appear on the skin where the cups were applied. These are not bruises bu a a sign of increased blood low to the area and typically fade within a few days.

Chakra Balancing $50  (+15 minutes)

The chakra system is an invaluable tool for aligning your energy. The word "chakra" comes from Sanskirt, and means "disk" or "wheel." Chakras area energy centers in the body that correlate to certain psycho-emotional functions. They each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs in the body, and understanding them is key to enhancing how you feel as your move through your day. 

This gentle energy-based treatment is designed to realign the body's seven energy centers and restore harmony to mind, body and spirit. Suing carefully selected essential oils, hot towels, and focused intention, this session helps release blockages, promote emotional clarity, and awaken a deeper sense of balance and inner peace. 

Acupuncture Mini Session  $55  (+20 minutes)

Following your massage or facial, our acupuncturist will administer a targeted protocol to address a specific concern like stress, sleep issues, or pain. This treatment fosters a deep sense of relaxation and can be used to further aid in your intended session goals.

Conch Crown Therapy $75  (+30 minutes)

Head and Neck Manual Lymphatic drainage

Experience the soothing flow of manual lymphatic drainage, a gentle and rhythmic therapy that nurtures both body and mind. This calming treatment stimulates natural detoxification in the head, face, and neck, helping to ease sinus pressure and tension, reduce puffiness, and leaves you feeling refreshed, clear and restored.

Hot Oil Rosemary Scalp Treatment $155  (+60 minutes)

Indulge in a deeply nourishing scalp ritual where warm herbal-infused oils are gently massaged into the scalp, melting away stress while stimulating circulation. Infused with a blend of rosemary, argan and jojoba oils, this treatment revitalizes the hair follicles, promotes shine, helps stimulate hair growth, and leaves your scalp refreshed, balanced, and luxuriously hydrated. Includes 15 mins massage or express facial (choose at booking.)  Great for beards too!. (Not recommended for recently dyed or treated hair)

Raindrop Massage Therapy $135 (+60 minutes)

RMT is a powerful essential oil treatment utilizing antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory actions to bring the body into structural and electrical alignment. Essential Oils are applied like "raindrops" to the spine, neck and feet, gently massaged into reflex points and warm towels are applied to enhance the treatment. An RMT session lasts about an hour, supports body systems physically and emotionally and can have many benefits. It is a detoxifying process to rid the system of toxins or bacteria that are held deep within the body. RMT provides an immune system boost, helps realign the spine, reduced stress, aids in injury recovery and relieves back pain and tension. This therapy is highly relaxing and peaceful with support for emotional well-being. 

Energy Healing, Reiki & Reflexology  $135 (+60 minutes)

Energetic healing takes a holistic approach that looks beyond the physical to manipulating the subtle energy systems (meridians, auric bodies, chakras, nadis) to regain balance and facilitate our body's innate healing mechanisms by clearing blocks in the energy fields, repairing and rebalancing the energy so that the body can move to its optimal level of balance from where it is able to access its inherent ability to heal itself. Energetic healing can also help identify "issues" before they manifest as pain or similar distortions in the physical body. It opens our consciousness to the areas we need to work through and heal in order to bring our lives into balance and maintain health, harmony and vitality.
