With a deep respect for the body's innate intelligence and a passion for holistic healing.  Josie offers a uniquely integrative and trauma-informed approach to massage therapy.  Her work is rooted in presence, compassion, and a broad spectrum of bodywork traditions that support both physical well-being and emotional resilience. 

A Key West local and South Florida Native, Josie received her foundational training at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork on the island of Kaua'i, a  school known for its emphasis on mindful touch,  personal inquiry, and trauma-informed care.  This education continues to shape Josie's practice, creating a grounded and sensitive container for healing and transformation. 

Her approach draws from a rich blend of modalities: Swedish  massage and spa therapies such as cupping and hot stones; the rhythmic, heart-centered flow of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi; and deep tissue techniques based in Connective Tissue Massage (CTM) and Connective Tissue Therapy (CTT). She is trained in Integrative Bodywork to support postural alignment and body awareness, and her Lymphatic Drainage work is guided by Ayurvedic principles and diagnostic insights. 

Josie also brings expertise in Thai massage, abdominal and reproductive bodywork, and Craniosacral Therapy- modalities that support the nervous system, internal organ health, and energetic flow. As a Reiki Master, Josie offers Reiki energy healing and integrates subtle energy work into her bodywork sessions when appropriate, offering space for deep rest and recalibration.
